HOME SERVICES
As a retired law enforcement officer and certified project manager, you can be confident that you are in trusted hands. All services will include a visit report, which can be provided in the form of a text message, email, or phone call, depending on the client's preference. Additionally, photos will be provided.
PROPERTY VISIT
$45-$65
WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, OR MONTHLY PROPERTY / SECURITY CHECKS.
- Security walk: Conduct a thorough inspection of your property.
- Confirmation of Routine Services: verify that all scheduled services, such as pool and landscaping have been completed.
- Testing of Utilities: Operate faucets, disposals, AC/Heat, and flush toilets to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Mail and Flyer Collection: Collect any mail or flyers that may have accumulated during your absence.
- Vehicle start-up (if requested)
GROCERIES
$35
Upon returning from vacation or an extended absence, would you like to return home to a refrigerator and pantry full of food?
Just provide us with your grocery list and inform us of your return information and we will shop, deliver, and put away your groceries.

SERVICE APPOINTMENT

Are you experiencing stress due to the return to office mandates?
- Are you scheduled for a service appointment and won't be available? Would you like a trusted person to wait in your place?
If so, we would be delighted to take your place.
* Cost for waiting for a repair service appointment will be $35 an hour.
PROJECT MANAGER

As a certified project manager with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, I am delighted offer my expertise in organizing and coordinating your home projects.
* Price will be based on the size of the project.
AFTER STORM PROPERTY CHECK

Are you out of town during a storm and need your property checked?
We conduct a walkthrough of the exterior of your property to identify any visible weather-related issues (from the ground). We provide a comprehensive report and photos to keep you informed of the status of your home. Interior walkthrough only if access is available.
* If you require us to locate, schedule, or be present during a repair, please note that these services will incur an additional cost.
