Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Michelle's journey was marked by a distinguished 21-year career in law enforcement, after which she transitioned into a role in corporate security. During her tenure with the Scottsdale Police Department as a detective and later as a Principal Program Manager at Amazon, Michelle honed crucial skills in problem-solving, risk management, and developing tailored solutions for complex situations. These experiences have uniquely positioned her to understand and anticipate the needs of clients who demand the highest standards of care for their homes and beloved pets.
